“Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity and happiness of the people; and not for the profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men:

Therefore the people alone have an incontestable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to institute government; and to reform, alter, or totally change the same, when their protection, safety, prosperity and happiness require it..”

10 Mendates

We will elect Representatives and Senators who pledge:

  1. To reduce legislative salaries to 12K per year (1K per month).
  2. To audit all state agencies to eliminate waste, redundancy, and patronage.
  3. To eliminate all gifts from lobbyists and 100% transparency of donations.
  4. To cut all elected and appointed salaries below the governor's.
  5. To elect all judges and eliminate governors’ council.
  6. To reduce income tax, remove tolls, & cut sales tax.
  7. To conduct DNA testing for any person incarcerated in the state.
  8. To enact tort reform in support of healthcare reform.
  9. To end all gerrymandering of districts.
  10. To create a Commonwealth 401K for citizens, elected, and appointed.
